Wiener Circle
A little bit of anarchy and a lot of late-night heart attacks. Wiener Circle might look like any other hotdog joint, but addicts will quickly tell you different. The small building in Lincoln Park stays open late (6am on Saturday), where battalions of late-night drinkers seeking to soak the alcohol descend. The service? It’s tough to call it service, exactly, as the employees do a lot of yelling, both between themselves and at customers who drag their feet during the ordering process. It makes for a double-barreled blast of fun: getting abused by the people you’re paying, and then abusing your body with encased meat by-products and cheese fries.
