It was the bikini shot seen round the world, when reporter Amy Jacobson was caught on camera poolside at the home of Craig Stebic, the estranged husband of a mysteriously missing wife Lisa, whose story Jacobson was assigned to cover. Her rather ambiguous explanation was not enough to save her job as a journalist, since the lapse of judgment was unforgivable. But the talk-show circuit seems to thrive on damaged goods (Joey Buttafuoco anyone?), and, besides, her story is so easily spun as a misunderstood mom just looking out for her children. And just imagine the fun we’ll all have a couple years down the line, when she might devote a whole episode to trying on that bikini top one more time.
