Many tribes made the city; many ethnic enclaves and thriving ghettos have been eradicated by eminent domain and gentrification: some cuisines persist, and others are harder to find. Kosher for lunch, however, has made a return, inside the Dine restaurant that`s part of the Crown Plaza Hotel on Madison at Halsted. It`s been well reviewed, but the biggest attraction, it`s both sad and bittersweet to say, is that it`s the one and only.
