Every time you’re feeling particularly well-served—or you’re just drunkenly generous—and slam a big ‘ole tip on the bar for the Logan Square pub’s barkeep, a giant bell is wrung and the crowd, stunned with the sudden ringing, stops to take notice. You feel good, they feel good and, most of all, the bartender feels good. Now eat some of that popcorn.
