Dodo
Dodo the flightless bird may have been extinct since the seventeenth century, but Dodo the restaurant is all the rage in the Ukrainian Village. While the place only seats about twenty-five at a time, leading to frequent long waits, the breakfast and lunch (or what they call “breakunch” on weekends) is worth being a bit cramped. And the chocolate-chip pancakes make up for the lack of air conditioning in the summer. And now that it’s fall, a dodo might actually take off for the first time.
