Uncle Julio’s Hacienda
Not just because the food at Uncle Julio’s is worth the wait—it most certainly is—but because the waiting “area” is one-third of the restaurant, with multiple tables and stools awaiting your arrival, a full bar (the pre-dinner margarita tastes better for some reason) and complimentary chips and salsa. Instead of being crammed into a stuffy lobby area as you would at most restaurants, Uncle Julio’s makes it seem like you’re just meeting friends for drinks before the big meal. Hopefully the restaurant won’t change and start taking reservations.
