According to a national customer-satisfaction poll conducted by PC World, 86 percent of Verizon customers are satisfied with their voice-call reliability, while last year’s Consumer Reports survey reveals Verizon customers report fewer typical service problems—such as no service, dropped calls and call static—in the Chicago area than customers of any other wireless carrier. The same survey revealed Verizon leading in customer service, with better-than-average ratings in the categories of phone service, web service, staff knowledge and issue resolution. When it comes to the cell waves, you like to get what you pay for.
