Kobetsky Fine Book Boxes
It’s all in the packaging. Don Kobetsky makes special boxes to hold and protect items such as books, collectible coins, jewelry or other small personal keepsakes. He uses archival-quality adhesives and acid-free papers and binders. Kobetsky works with clients to individually design and craft every order. Covers can be made using items like handmade paper, leather or Japanese or Italian book cloth. An order from a collector of Japanese art books inspired a series of boxes made with brightly colored red and purple Japanese book cloths and traditional Japanese washi paper. True to the core of his business, Kobetsky designs many treasure boxes to resemble books, and he also creates custom journals.
