Tango Sur
Good steak comes from happy cows, and happy cows apparently come from Argentina. More than just the country of Evita and the birthplace of tango, Argentina and its beef products are renowned for reasons apparent when Tango Sur serves you a juicy steak the size of a Harry Potter book. Okay, maybe that’s an exaggeration, but thick and generous is the name of the game at this BYOB hotspot, whether you’re getting the milanesa a caballo (breaded beef served with fried eggs) or starting out with plump empanadas doused in chimichurri and filled to the brim with piping hot corn, spinach, cheese or—of course—more meat.
