Yes, it’s that time of year. The kids are back in school, the fall colors are showing their stuff, and we’re asking your to vote for the Best of Chicago. We’ve got fifty races for you to vote in across five categories, but just as in those other elections, the ones where you elect congressmen to not do their job, you don’t have to vote in races that you have no clue about. For them, it might be clerk of the night court, for us, it could be best place to play chess. But we really hope a few of you know the best place to play chess and share it with all of us.
In fact, you only have to vote in five races for your ballot to count. But get on with it. You can only vote once, so if you start, you should finish, and you need to vote early. Polls close midnight, Tuesday, October 22.
