Corbett vs. Dempsey and David Nolan At this year’s EXPO Chicago, local gallery Corbett vs. Dempsey combined their space with David Nolan’s gallery from NYC to create a continuous installation of portraits wherein the subject’s eyes were all hung at the same height in the booth. Curated from broad ranging time periods and styles, the art was grouped into a pensive, staring crowd that anticipated the frenzied looking at such high-profile art world events.
