Our friend and fellow Bourbonite Chuck Cowdery (author of “Bourbon, Straight,” and the more recent “Bourbon, Strange”) has declared with his customary magisterial certitude that Delilah’s is “far and away the best bourbon selection in town.” We heartily agree with Cowdery, even when he isn’t buying us drinks.
