Between Ragstock and the vintage section of Belmont Army, you can quickly piece together a presentable outfit for under $30. Need just one thing? Even better. Ragstock offers scads of colorful dresses, basic t-shirts and leggings. For jewelry, it’s Belmont Army time. Dress pants and shoes are abundant at both. Most items either are vintage or look it: some of it might be charmingly tacky, but you know how you want to look, and you can probably scrounge something up.
