That Belongs in a Museum
Unlike other live readings, this show is more than just storytelling. Part antique road show, part elementary school show and tell, anyone is welcome to bring in an item, be it a garage-sale purchase, a family heirloom, or garbage-bin finds. The owner has to share the item and its story, prompting conversation and discussion. After each telling, the hosts document the evening’s items as a catalog, the registry of their museum. Every show is different as no one knows what will be brought for display. It’s an interesting way to celebrate history and mystery at once.
