Racine Bakery
Good bread should not be expensive. Racine Bakery is a Polish/Lithuanian bakery and deli on the Southwest Side that specializes in kolacky that are shipped to grocery stores to be sold all over the city. These are good without a doubt, but also go there for the freshly baked Polish rye (Zakopianski) bread, which is $1.99 a loaf and two-for-one on Tuesdays.
