Everlasting Fire Studio
Owned and operated by the mom-and-pop duo of Elektra Musich and John Landin in a humble storefront north on Lincoln Avenue, the space offers expert instruction on the ancient technique of Lampworking, which uses gas or propane to melt glass rods for producing beads, paperweights and smaller glass sculptural pieces. Offering instruction on this and a litany of sideline courses—for instance, in origami, crochet and scientific illustration—EFS is a great community resource for those interested in this craft niche.
