Starting a bit west of Hoyne, at the print shop PubsOf, going all the way east to the wine store Noble Grape in Noble Square, After Hours on Chicago Avenue is a shopping event that comprises twenty-five of the finest establishments in town, including boutique Study Hall, celebrated local designer Anastasia Chatzka and garden design center Sprout Home. There you can also find a large cluster of great vintage shops such as Dovetail, Seek and Very Best Vintage, among many others—all while taking advantage of their special sales and enjoying a party-like atmosphere at convenient late hours.

El of a Night: Twelve Hours on the Red and Blue Lines While I ride CTA trains a few times a week, I was interested in getting a better sense of what conditions are like on the El at other times of the day. So I hung out on the Red and Blue routes from 5pm to 5am.
