Recently relocated to a fully renovated, permanent home, Bikes N’ Roses operates essentially as a youth outreach and community center, with a small retail front space that serves to fund its social service mission. In the side of the high-windowed storefront, kids work on bikes elevated on lifts, learning essential, tradable skills that help give those with economic disadvantages work options that will serve them well for the rest of their lives.
