Jazz Record Mart
Now that LPs have become mainstream again, look for hipsters to turn to the even older, clunkier, and less user-friendly format—i.e. 78s—which fit about fifteen minutes of music on one side of a perilously brittle shellac disc. Soon everyone will be enthusiastically spinning Jelly Roll Morton and Rosa Ponselle; for the first time in human history, Kate Smith will be hip. If you want to ride this wave, the best place to find your “sides” (as aficionados call them) is Jazz Record Mart, where they’ve never gone out of style; there are literally thousands to choose from.
