Dozens of “authentic” fried chicken houses have sprung up along the Elston-California Corridor. It seems that fried chicken with a “clean” hillbilly feel and craft beers are now happening. Fried chicken, of course, is nothing new, and Dell Rhea has been serving up fried chicken since 1946.
