Whether it is the interns around one of their big round tables or a small group talking about a doc in progress, it is a great setting for serious or not-so-serious talk, with meatloaf, blackened catfish, North Carolina pulled pork, crawfish cakes, grits, collard greens or whatever Southern comfort strikes you.
