Budweiser, Miller and other All-American lagers get credit for turning out a consistent product, bottle after bottle, but the guys at Kinslahger focus on old style lagers using recipes from days gone by to recapture the craft goodness of this noble brew. Their food menu is small (a pretzel, a sausage, a cheese), but their constantly changing list of beers, brewed in back, is big fun.
