Flaming Wok n’ Grill
You’re in a taxi late one night and starving. You say as much to your driver, who offers to take you to his go-to spot, Flaming Wok n’ Grill, a name left over from a previous restaurant and not fitting for an establishment that serves Indian food twenty-four-seven. There’s a menu (which you can also order takeout from), but your best bet is to go with the daily special, usually some sort of curry, which is made in huge batches and served out of vats for the constant crowds. You’ll never had the same thing twice, even though Ubers are starting to pull up alongside the line of taxis outside. Some secret spots are too good to keep to yourself.
