The Broadway Series at Paramount Theatre
Illinois’ second largest city has a lot going for it including a picturesque river that flows right through the downtown. But the best reason to drive an hour west of the city is the very impressive Broadway series at the beautifully restored art deco Paramount Theatre. The talent level may be Broadway caliber but the prices are straight-up Aurora, which help make the productions very family friendly.
