Community Glue at Edgewater Workbench
The Community Glue clinics at the Edgewater Workbench were more popular than ever this year. Despite the errant sewing machine breakdown, this year saw the continued repair of essential and sentimental items for those in need by the CG team, whether a matter of adding a few stitches, soldering a malfunctioning circuit board or making a lamp out of a rifle (yes, for real). Not just an essential service to the community, but really and truly the best of Chicago.
