So popular is this 26th Street destination in Bridgeport that, on any given weeknight, it often has a line down the block. Its popularity isn’t necessarily explained by the quality of service based on an unscientific sample that found orders wrong three out of three times. The quality of all of the treats, however, is nonpareil. Popular among them is the Shack’s funnel cake sundae, a customer favorite. Not just melt-in-your-hand syrupy sugary goodness, but a creamier, more savory soft serve that other frozen dairy shops just can’t match.
