Hate to think that this will get some vegetarian restaurant cooks in trouble, but the tamales, tacos, elotes and guacamole put out by this farmer’s market offshoot of the Vegetarian Express mothership are too good to keep quiet about. Chicken tinga tamale, fresh-from-avocado-in-front-of-you guacamole, mole pork—if you see these guys during the waning weeks of your market, order something. Anything. You’ll dig it.
