Lutnia
If your perception of a Polish restaurant is a simple storefront serving simple foods like sausage and potatoes, Lutnia will turn your head around. Not that they don’t offer sausage and potatoes—they do—but this white tablecloth restaurant, with a gold metal ceiling and chandeliers, serves so much more, including roast duck flambée, roast goose with sauerkraut and pears, and one of the best Caesar salads you’ll find in Chicago, prepared tableside by a nattily attired server.
