Tryzub
Tryzub offers traditional Ukrainian dishes, but it’s the decor, subtle side dish components and incredibly kind service that sets Tryzub apart. The palette of the restaurant and dishes is bright and colorful, with an almost museum-like display of adornments to peruse while waiting. Dill-infused kefir in the borscht is subtle and pleasant, and check out the banosh: rich and creamy, the addition of pork belly and colorful vegetable garnishes adds a contemporary American touch to a Ukrainian favorite.
