Ladies Room
Stride confidently through the small bakery to the curtain at the back to enter the intimate space of the Ladies Room. Vintage and original cocktails are poured behind a tiny bar, influenced by Chinese and Portuguese flavors. (Fat Rice is right around the corner.) Most of the infusions are made in-house, and the house Chartreuse is impressive. The presentation is consistently delightful, particularly for the DIY vermouth. Bartenders are happy to provide suggestions, and while making your reservation, ask if they might hold for you a few pastéls de nata, the best egg custard tart you’ll find this side of the Atlantic.
