The Bulls have been in need of a feel-good story since those days when Thibs came to town and D-Rose won the MVP. Since that time, the Bulls have become to the NBA what the Browns have been to the NFL. After drafting great in 2017 (Markkanen!) and 2018 (fingers crossed!) and maxing-out on the return-of-investment for the Jimmy Butler trade, Jabari Parker, the prodigal son from Simeon, returned to the crib to (we hope) live the life Derrick Rose wasn’t able to fulfill.
