Online since 2011, blogger, cosmetic tattoo artist and illustrator Jessie Barber describes herself as “seriously pink.” But her pale pastel pink hair is not the half of it. Meticulously styled and with an eye for thrift store and secondhand finds, Barber, a social media celebrity, shares styling wisdom in her fashion and lifestyle blog, Mini Penny.
