Russell’s
Few would argue that the best local barbecue is at Russell’s, but people have been loving it since 1930, and that’s saying something. Sitting in Russell’s, you’ll see neighborhood people perched on uncomfortable wooden chairs in rooms with relatively low ceilings, making it all feel like you’re at some relative’s house for dinner. Everyone is having a good time like they’ve probably been doing for generations. We used to go to Russell’s with our kids, and it has a soft place in our hearts.
