Through the tiny, nondescript door of Eastern Breadstone Bakery, you’ll find a giant stone oven and a flour-covered baker churning out khachapuri, a traditional Georgian dish of cheese-filled bread. The pizza dough-like bread is filled with soft cheese and topped with beef, an egg or any number of other delicious things. It’s kind of like deep-dish meets Naples-style pizza. While you’re there, grab some frozen khinkali, Georgian dumplings stuffed with meat and herbs, and thank yourself when you boil them later. (Rebecca Holland)
