The number of food joints open late into the night are far and few in Chicago. La Puebla, on the corner of North Milwaukee and North Sawyer Avenues, is one of the special few that has rescued partygoers from awful hangovers on countless nights. Open until 3am, the red brick wall and fake plastic plants welcome patrons for a satisfying low-budget meal. You can get three tacos, maybe a burrito or a good old taco dinner for well under ten dollars. The only downside, as is the case with many restaurants in Logan Square, is that they’re cash-only.
