There aren’t many places to taste Italian and Polish food together on one plate, which is surprising, in that Chicago is home to so many Italians and Poles. Maddon’s Post, a joint effort from Spiaggia’s Tony Mantuano and the Chicago Cubs’ recently deposed Joe Maddon, fuses those two cultures in dishes like a platter of Italian and Polish sausage as well as kielbasa and clams.
