The signature snack at The Original Rainbow Cone Ice Cream Shop is, appropriately, the Rainbow Cone, a thin cake cone stacked with layers of chocolate, strawberry, a vanilla called Palmer House and pistachio ice cream, topped with orange sherbet. It’s sloppy as heck to eat—which is why you can get a paper shield on the cone to protect your mitts from drips—but the flavors work together deliciously.
