From a single Winnetka location, Chef Michael Lachowicz runs a fine-dining triple threat: George Trois, Silencieux, and Aboyer. All show the hand of a master chef trained in the French tradition, and Aboyer offers the extra benefit of being reasonably priced. Entrees are in the $20-$30 range, and if you can find a better version of Chicken Galantine or Suffolk Lamb, let me know. (Hint: you can’t.).
