Rick Bayless In Jollibee Portfolio

Philippine-founded Jollibee Foods Corp. “is expanding its global restaurant business through a diversified portfolio of owned, franchised and invested brands, with its network now exceeding 10,700 stores and cafés across thirty-three countries,” reports The Manila Times. The company “has membership interests in Tortazo LLC, a U.S. restaurant concept developed with chef Rick Bayless.” Among the twenty brands are an eighty-percent holding in The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
